Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, Party Land receives the name, email, event date and type, location, preferred package, budget, guest/table count and notes you enter. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords or sensitive information in the form.
How inquiry information is used
Your information is used to respond, check availability, understand the requested services and prepare a quote. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or authorize publication of your identity or event photographs.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in the website’s database and accessible through Party Land’s restricted administration area. Website hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the site. If a separate event provider needs your details, the necessary sharing should be explained when arranging that service.
Links, fonts and cookies
Instagram links take you to Meta’s service, where its own privacy terms apply. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive technical request information such as an IP address. Hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. The administration sign-in uses a session cookie; visitors do not need an account to inquire. This website does not currently include a Meta Pixel or an advertising-tracking script.

Contact alinapartyland@gmail.com about your information, corrections or deletion requests. Include enough detail for us to locate your inquiry, without sending sensitive documents unnecessarily. Any applicable retention requirement or legal restriction will be considered when responding.
Children and event photos
The inquiry form is intended for adults arranging events. Do not submit children’s personal information unless necessary to discuss a requested design. Permission to publish identifiable children’s photographs must be obtained separately from an appropriate parent or guardian.
